The Gathering and Memorial Services will be held at Allen Temple A.M.E. Church, Cincinnati, OH. The Gathering will began at 2PM with the Memorial Service following at 3PM.

In a lieu of flowers, the family ask that a charitable contribution to one of Dr. Lumpkins favorite charities: Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, Shriners Hospital for Children, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
