My Dear sister, Patricia Ann Parks was the most kindest sweetest person there was she would give you her last dollar if she had it and would help if it was a way for her to do so. She loved everyone no matter the circumstances, her heart was pure GOLD! If you really knew her, no matter what, she will always be a true Legend in my eyes and to everyone that loved her and knew her best.
