Alta Latoyia Patmon-Billie was born on September 18, 1984 in Brooklyn, NY to Candea Patmon and Felix Jimenez.
And was reared by her mother and Reginald Mark Turner and from this union Alta was blessed with a baby brother, Reginald Mark Farris Turner. Alta’s mother, Candea later married Samuel Todd Aarons. Both of her stepfathers served in the United States Army. She acquired her education from various cities and graduated from Russell County High School in Seale, Alabama.
Although Alta Latoyia met her later to be husband in high school. It was in her early twenties when she started dating Robert Billie who became her husband in her early thirties. It was through that union that they had their beautiful baby girl Brooklynn Alivia Billie January 18, 2018. Alta Latoyia adored and loved her wonderful baby girl. If you knew her, then you knew that Brooklynn was always going to come first, no matter what!
She worked administratively for many years since graduating high school. Alta dedicated many years working for a low-income housing authority and was loved by all who knew her. She also had a special passion for fashion and looking good. She had a special love for Mexican food, Fruity Pebbles, and Papa Johns. She was known for saying “don’t touch my food to her younger brother”. Most of all she loved her mother's home cooking. Alta Latoyia also enjoyed car rides with her mother singing along to Prince.
Alta Latoyia didn’t need a lot as long as she had family by her side. Alta Latoyia loved her grandmother, Alta Marie. They were so close, and she would do anything for her grandmother until her death. In addition to her baby girl Brooklynn, Alta had a love for dogs. Alta Latoyia family quickly grew as she took in Oscar who had Bella and then she rescued Suga all poodles. Oscar was the life of the party as he finally decided to stay after numerous times of trying to leave.
On Tuesday afternoon, March 22, 2022 Christ led Alta Latoyia Patmon-Billie to greener pastures and called her home. Alta was proceeded in death by her grandmother whom she loved, Alta Marie Jones.
Alta Latoyia Patmon-Billie is survived by one daughter, Brooklynn Alivia Billie; her husband, Robert Billie; her loving mother and stepfather, Candea Leashun (Samuel) Aarons of Buford, Georgia; her only brother, Reginald Mark Farris Turner of Dallas,Texas; her uncle, Tony Michael (Natasha) Patman of the Bronx, New York; her aunt, Angela Tawwaina Patman of Brooklyn, New York; three cousins, Tarrance La’delle Jones, Anthony Nahshon Brown, and Arianna Kaylee Patman; father-in-law, Robert Robinson; mother-in-law, Desiree Robinson; sister-in-law, Desiree Robinson; brother-in-law, Timothy Robinson; niece-in-law, Syris Commdore; sister-in-law, Shalanda Glisson; mother-in-law, Annette Washington; father-in-law, Cyril Washington; and host of other relatives and friends.
