Penn; mother, Gwendolyn Penn; siblings, Wayne Penn, Vicki (Kerry) Geter, Lisa (David) Penn and Julius (April) Penn; mother-in-law, Barbara Watkins; brothers-in-law, Norris L. and Bobby L.
