Clarence Erwin Hall Obituary

Clarence Erwin Hall was born to the late Charlie and Edna Moore Hall on October 13, 1968 in New York City, New York. He departed his early life on May 10, 2024, after an extentedned illness.

Clarence fondly known as “Jizzle” to his friends and family attended Alexander Hamilton High School and received his certificate in plumbing from Job Corps. He was employed with a construction company where he performed many tasks that included roofing and plumbing.

In 1985 Jizzle met the love of his life, Veronica Bivins, and after their meeting, they were inseparable.

After a lengthly courtship, the two decided to make it official on February 26, 2005 where they were married and remained so until his death. To this union two children were born Ja-Shaun and Keturah.

After relocating from New York to Atlanta, Georgia in 1999, Jizzle became employed as a chef working at the CNN Building and Turner Broadcasting. He was also a dedicated entrepreneur, founding "Entree on the Square" and The "Big Apple Cafe," his renowned catering companies. His passion for food was unparalleled, and through his cooking, he expressed his love and care. Those who experienced his culinary talents never forgot the warmth and delight of his dishes.

Jizzle's passion for music began at a young age and became a lifelong pursuit. He shared this love for DJing and rapping with his friend of 45 years, Monk. He passed on his musical talent to his son, Ja-Shaun, and instilled a love for singing in his daughter, Keturah . His legacy continued through his granddaughter, Promise, and his nephew, Rolando. Jizzle touched so many friends and families with his funny personality and stories. Clarence “Jizzle “ Hall will be remembered for always making someone smile with his passion for food and his legacy lives on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

In addion to his parents he was proceeded in death by brothers; Tyrone Hall and Johnathon Hall; one aunt; Lilie Mae Moore.

Clarence leaves cherished memories to his wife, Veronica Hall; one son, Ja-Shaun Hall; one daughter, Keturah Hall and a close nephew, Kaesean Rose; grandchildren, Promise Hall and Amiyah Hall; Aunts; Pearl Champion and Mildred Moore and a host of other relatives and friends.
