Claude Richard Bolton, Jr.

Mr. Claude Richard Bolton, Jr.  was born November 11, 1942 in Lexington, Georgia to the late Claude and Emma Bolton.  He departed this life on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. 

He was a faithful member of Thankful Grove Baptist Church in Carlton, Georgia where he served on the Deacon Board until his health declined.

Claude was preceded in death by his son, Bryant Ricky Bolton and sister, Janet Rogers.

He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Hattie B. Bolton, two sons, Jeffery Don (Schala) Bolton and Jeremy David Bolton; three brothers,

Richard (Marechal) Echols of Baltimore,

Maryland, David Bolton, Robert Lee (Mary)Bolton and one sister, Shirley (James) Sanders all of Athens, Georgia. Seven grandchildren; Layfel Dvon Green, Demetrious Terrell, Brandon Bolton, Alexis Bolton, Mia Bolton, Jerica Bolton, and Naveah Bolton; one goddaughter, Stari Nowell, one godson, Reginald Willis, fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
