Frances Barnett Sims was one of nine children born in Greensboro, Georgia to the late Lewis Barnett and Susie Payne Barnett.
She was a graduate of Rosewall High School, Watkinsville, Georgia.
Frances was employed over 70 years by Mr. & Mrs. Billy and Josephine Strickland and Mr. & Mrs. Tony & Joan Lewis Salloum.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel Sims; son, Joe Mack Ford; and each of her siblings.
Frances is survived by her grandchildren, Marcus (Tiffany) Ford, Shannon Rossi Hester, Timhri “Harry” Ford and Lafonda (Missy) Collins; thirteen great-grandchildren; god-daughter, Terri Strickland Guy; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
