On October 31, 1950 Fred (Coon) Gunn was born to the late Mamie Rebecca Peters and Paul Norrington in Social Circle (Walton County) Georgia.  On April 23, 2018 he made a peaceful transition from life to begin his heavenly rewards.

Fred join Carter Chapel Church in Social Circle Georgia at an early age. Fred attended school in Walton County Georgia.  He was employed by Athens Clarke County School District

Fred leaves to cherish very fond memories his wife of 30 years Mrs. Harriett Gunn. Daughter Kizzy Ellison of Social Circle Georgia, a son Fred (Renee) Gunn Jr. of Monroe Georgia.  One step-son Matthew Daniel of Athens Georgia. Five sister-in-law, Nancy A. Cox, Margaret Davis, Joe Ann Cooper, Barbara Rittenberry and Brenda Dunn. Three brother-in-law’s Eugene Ellis, Robert Ellis, Richard Dunn. Grandchildren Perez Gunn, Jotavious Gunn and Aumiracle Rivers. Several great grandchildrens, a host of aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
