On November 27, 1952, Gregory (Greg) Davis was born to the late Mrs. Willie Mae Davis McDaniel and Mr. Mark Robert Lewis in Adairsville (Bartow County) Georgia. On September 20, 2023, he made a peaceful transition from life to begin his heavenly rewards.
Greg attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Athens GA until his illness. He attended Bartow County School District. Greg worked at University of Georgia and Kelley Workshop for over 10 years each. He loved to listen to R&B and Jazz music. Greg is a die heart Georgia Bulldogs fan.
He is preceded in death in additional to his parents, his brothers Edgar (June Boy) McDaniel and Robert Lewis.
Greg leaves to rejoice in his memories, his loving wife Margaret Bradford Davis. His daughter Marsey Marie Davis, two stepchildren Tamara Moore and Hamilton Bradford. three grandchildren Gregory El'hajj Davis, Natajia Markia Lester and Erykah Sole' Lester, three step grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren. five sisters Willie D. Palmer, Patricia Beasley, Elain McDaniel, Patricia Lewis Johnson and Shelia Lewis all of Adairsville Georgia. One brother Jerry Lewis of Adairsville. Greg also leaves a host of other family members.
