Jeffrey Gonzales Kelley

Mr. Jeffrey G. Kelley age 56, was born on August 30, 1968, to Mr. Matthew and JoAnn  Kelley Billups, he departed this early life on June 22, 2025 at approximately 3:30 PM.

Jeffrey attended the graduate of the Cedar Shoal High School Athens, Georgia. He joined Shiloh Baptist Church at an early age.

Along with his parents he was proceeded in death by his sister Jacqueline Kelley, son Randell Kelley and a nephew Carlos Harper.
 
Jeffrey leaves cherished memories to his loving family, four children: Yoshika T. Kelley, Gwendolyn (Neshia) Kelley and Jarell Kelley all of Athens, Georgia; a special son Markus Wilch of Fitzerald Georgia; a special sister Pamela Smith of Athens, Georgia; four siblings: Tammy (Johnny) Muckle and Rosetta Kelley both of Athens, Georgia; Coretta (Jonathan) Kelley and Matthew (Nicole) Kelley Jr; both of Washington, Georgia; stepfather: Dexter Billups, sixteen grandchildren a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews other cousin and friend.
