Mary E. Durham

The Durham Family will receive friends and relatives at the home of her granddaughter, Ms. Tawana Durham 5p-7:30p, Wednesday, February 26th. Please contact the family or the funeral home for additional information. 

Mrs. Durham and her late husband, Mr. Luther Durham, Sr. were the owners of "Durham's Tailoring Store", which they operated for over 37 years.

Mary lived to see five generations, Best Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother! Mary was always active in her family’s life, she taught us all so much!. She was there for the children’s birth, birthday parties, graduations, holidays, and sooo much more! Mary was truly an exceptional woman who inspired all of us in too many ways to name! She was not only our Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-grandmother, but also our friend and counselor. Mary was a God fearing woman who attended church and served on boards in church. Mary was a beautiful woman, with a beautiful spirit! Words can not express how wonderful Mary was!!!!
