Mr. Willis was the son of the late Ed and Lillie Hawes Willis of Wilkes County, Georgia.                                                                                                                                                                   He is survived by a loving and caring wife, Pauline Willis; four sons, Walter N. (Kim) Willis, Jr, Clarence (Theodocia) Willis, Eugene (Brenda) Willis and Marion (Lesa) Willis; a sister, Lou Belle Willis; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends..
